HOW CAN WE HELP YOU!
01
Selective Racking
The most economical and widely used system, Selective Racking consists of back-to-back bays, separated by aisles of varying widths based on the handling equipment used. It ensures 100% pallet selectivity with easy access to every pallet.
02
Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Racking
VNA systems reduce aisle width to maximize storage capacity while maintaining full selectivity. Ideal for high-density operations with fast stock rotation.
03
Mobile Racking
Standard racking on mobile bases with embedded floor tracks reduces aisles, maximizing floor space. Ideal for high-cost or temperature-controlled storage environments.
04
Double Deep Racking
This configuration places two pallets in depth per location, doubling storage density per aisle compared to Selective Racking. It significantly improves space utilization for medium-turnover products.
05
Shuttle Racking (Semi automated)
Combining dense storage and automation, this system uses shuttles to load and retrieve pallets from deep channels. Unlike Drive-In, it allows a different SKU at each pick face and is ideal for environments multiple industries.
06
Push Back Racking
Utilizing inclined rails and nested trolleys, Push Back Racking supports LIFO operations by gravity. It’s best suited for medium-turnover SKUs with multiple pallets per product and is useful in staging areas or buffer zones.
07
Pallet Flow Racking
Pallets move by gravity on inclined roller beds from one end to the other — supporting FIFO inventory rotation. Ideal for food and beverage applications for example where shelf life and expiry date management are critical.
08
Drive-In / Drive-Through Racking
A high-density storage system for large-volume, low-SKU inventory. Pallets are stored on rails in depth, making it ideal for high-throughput operations with limited SKU variety.
